Quite true. Whenever I’m doing something, it is I who am doing it. All actions come from me. I leave my fingerprints on everything I do. I feel the focus should be on the doer, not on the doings. If doer is great, all he does is great. But we have to begin somewhere so doing well whatever is in front of us is the first step. Right then, words like “obligation”, “duty” have negative connotations these days. I’d rather avoid them.
