He explains in detail how pronunciation undergoes change when words are in groups as opposed to when they’re isolated. Of course, you can always listen to native speakers for reference.

Now, what’s important is how the words sound to you when YOU speak rather than how they sound in recordings. Only when your ears feel familiar with the English sounds do you speak fluently.
